
TASTING
Tastings are available with an appointment only
and held at Billy McHale’s for a 30.00 fee. The fee
will be credited to your final payment if you make a
reservation to use our catering service. During the tasting the chef will prepare three entrees, five sides and three salads. Once you have sampled the menu items, our catering director will sit down with you to discuss the layout and begin gathering a schedule of events for the wedding day. DEPOSIT
To secure your event, we require a $300.00 deposit and a contract filled out. To reserve an event or if you have any questions, please contact our catering director, Kristy at 360-441-5733.
SERVICE WARE
All orders over 3,000.00 include white China plates, silverware, and linen-like napkins. For orders under 3,000.00 service ware is available for 1.00 per person or paper products are .50 per person.
TAXES
Food and beverage prices quoted are subject to Washington State Sales tax. Labor, rentals and service fees are also subject to Washington State Sales tax. Menu prices and sales tax are subject to change without notice.
GRATUITIES
A 17% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage totals.
LINENS
All buffets are beautifully set up and dressed with linens and flowers. Any decorations that you would like incorporated in the food tables must be provided. Square and rectangle linens in white, cream or black are available to rent for 7.00 a linen. Linens for the buffet table are included.
STAFFING
We will have one staff member for every 30-40 guests at your event.
